We process legally harvested deer all year long. Our livestock are raised all-naturally in an outdoor environment. Whole animals purchased from Burks Farm must have a deposit at least 1 week in advance. We are open to all ethnic and religious cultures and their needs. We sell grass fed beef, lamb, and goat meat, as well as pasture-raised pork. Raw cow & goat milk is also available from our dairy. Burks Farm is a custom inspected meat processing shop, therefore we do not sell retail meat. We work hard every day to bring our customers a healthy, consistent product with a taste they will remember. This also allows us to maintain a humane and natural living environment for our livestock at all times. They are fed grain, grass, and hay raised on our own farm. All products sold are for personal consumption and not for resale. Deer and other wild game brought to Burks Farm for processing must be field dressed in advance.
